SIT-A-LONG with JUNDO: On a Bike



Continuing with our series on ‘anywhere, any time’ Zazen … today, we sit on a bicycle.

Bike riding is a way of physical balance, just as Zazen is balance in body-mind.

Sometimes, on life’s bumpy road, we may lose that balance … but do we know how to ‘get back on the bike’ quickly?
