    I hope your not feeling dizzy after that!Nice talk. I would like to be able to sit full lotus and am working on my flexibility. But, I also try to not to get to hung up on it either.Each sitting has to be considered perfect just as it is. Regardless of which posture or if it was easy or hard. I think that makes it Shikantaza.But what do I know?
